ORDERS
roslynandgwendolyn.com reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit products and information, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. 

You may place an Order by filling your shopping cart on our website and clicking the Confirm Order button. We will post your item via standard Australia Post unless you advise us differently. 

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • if the requested goods are not available
  • if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website or in your order
  • if the order has been placed in breach of our terms and conditions

We do not formally accept your order until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.   Although we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors or inaccuracies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods in the placement of your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order.  If you cancel and you have already paid for the order, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
